Update on the Status of the Commercial Development at Red Hill Road

Andrews Management Group, the contingent purchaser from KIP 20 LLC, of the 125-127 Red Hill Road property currently has their plans before the Zoning Board of Adjustment to ignore the Holmdel Master Plan and build an office complex on this once rural site.

We continue to oppose this development, despite heavy spending and lobbying from the developer and the property owners, who have again donated heavily to support the campaign to unseat the current Township Committee. We have no doubts why this is happening and urge you not to support candidates who take donations from developers with business before the board.
